MDC Partners Post Fourth Straight Quarter of Loss
And some analysts and investors are becoming increasingly critical – according to this Ad Age article. One investor – Ross Taylor stated that MDC has:
“…devolved from a company that was a cash-flow generating machine
through asset sales into one that appears to be a company seduced by
the appeal of buying into hot ad agencies."

As far as I heard they are doing well now. Their sales increased for the past couple of months. The third quarter results report sounds encouraging.
Consolidated revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2005 were $118.9 million, an increase of 45% compared to $82.1 million in the same period of 2004.
